DealerCord™ (“DealerCord,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Organization or dealership name

  DealerCord stores operational server data such as timestamps, role assignments, training completion events, and vehicle activity logs. No personal messages or private user data are collected.

Technical Data

DealerCord stores limited operational data required for platform functionality, such as Discord server identifiers, role assignments, command interactions, timestamps, and training or operational activity records.

DealerCord does not access private messages and does not collect personal device or browsing information. Data is used solely to provide platform services to participating organizations.

Payment Data

Payments are processed through third-party providers. DealerCord does not store full payment card information.

• Deliver training and onboarding systems

DealerCord operates using Discord® infrastructure for communication functionality. Information shared within Discord channels is subject to Discord’s own privacy and data policies. DealerCord is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
